Stafford Ltd. is a wholesaler selling G.Westerleigh bridal accessories to licensed stockists and retailers.
We welcome trade applications from business buyers worldwide and will be pleased to verify your business trading status to open an account for you.

1. General
The standard terms and conditions for the supply of goods and services are valid for all present – and include all future deliveries and services made and offered by Stafford Ltd. Other and / or supplementary agreements require the express written consent of Stafford Ltd.
2. Offer
The offers on our website are non-binding and can be subject to change without notice at all times in respect of details of price, quantity, delivery periods and availabilities.
Small deviations and technical changes compared with the photos and descriptions might be possible. The contract of purchase is achieved by the conclusion of the ordering process on the website of www.westerleigh-bridal.com online shop and confirmation of the order by Stafford Ltd. via email or execution of the order by Stafford Ltd.

First order
To use the B2B webshop and view wholesale prices, you must first register with us.
As a wholesaler, Stafford Ltd. only delivers to retail shops. Deliveries to consumers and retailers of other branches are not possible. To access our website we need from you a trade certificate in order to provide you with a log in. This ensures that no consumers or retailers of other branches will be delivered.
Please contact our Sales Department for an access password for the online shop, and please be prepared to provide your company details for verification. After the registration, you will receive your access data within 24 hours. Your access data will be sent to the email address you have provided to us.
4. Prices
All our prices are net prices excluding the Value Added Tax (VAT). If your company is registered within the European Union and your company has an EU VAT number or if your company is registered outside the European Union, we can issue the invoice without the VAT. If your company is registered within the European Union and doesn’t have an EU VAT number, we have to add the applicable VAT (27%) to the net prices. Shipping costs - and in certain cases also handling costs - are to be added to our prices.
While every effort will be made to hold prices quoted on our website and in our price lists for as long as possible, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
5. Methods of payment
Orders will be proforma invoiced and are to be paid in advance. If any of the ordered items are not in stock, our customer service department will contact you.
Proforma goods will normally be held awaiting payment for 14 days only. Items will be shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday after having received payment.

Credit card (only for orders through our online shop)
We accept Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Maestro as methods of payment. Please select the appropriate credit card during the payment process and fill in the required credit card details. Your credit card will only be debited once your order has been confirmed.
The purchase of G.Westerleigh products takes place at Stafford Ltd., headquartered in Hungary. Please be aware that credit card companies may charge additional costs, usually based on the purchase value (approximately one to two percent), for credit card purchases made abroad.

GLS deliver Monday-Friday between 9am and 6pm on the day of delivery.
Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch.
Order Tracking
Order tracking is assigned to GLS packages, almost immediately after your item has been shipped. Your tracking number will be provided on your shipping confirmation email.
Order Status represents where in the process your order exists from the time you place the order to the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves the warehouse, the tracking information is accessible from https://gls-group.eu/EU/en/parcel-tracking
For all other countries not listed above, please contact our Customer Service Department to know the exact cost of shipping.
An express shipping of items (by TNT Express) is also possible for urgent orders. Please contact us for freight costs if such case arises.
7. Returns policy
If you receive your package damaged, it must be reported to the courier and ourselves via email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
Please check all the products after you receive your package. Any claim for shortages or defective goods will be accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns will be only accepted in case you inform us about your claim via email in advance. After we confirm the receipt of your reclamation, it is advisable to send the defective items back to us as soon as possible. Returned items must be in their original packaging. As soon as we receive back the products under claim, we examine them. We will then provide you with a proposal for the settlement of your claim.
8. Ownership of goods
The ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Purchaser until the Purchaser has paid us the total purchase price (including applicable VAT and delivery charges)
9. Risk of transfer
The orders are delivered at Customer’s risk. Complaints due to damage (e.g. damaged packaging upon receipt of items) have to be made by the Customer to the shipping company within the specified time period.
10. Guarantee
Stafford Ltd. guarantees that all goods sold are at the time of delivery free from defects in material and workmanship and have the contractually assured characteristics. Stafford Ltd. accepts no liability neither for the continuous and uninterrupted availability of products offered on www.westerleigh-bridal.com webshop nor for the technical or electronic errors of the online service.
11. Privacy notice and data protection
Stafford Ltd. does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for any marketing purposes. We view protection of your privacy as a very important principle and take the protection of personal data of our customers very seriously and adhere strictly to the determination of the data protection laws of Hungary. All personal data gathered from customers will be treated confidentially.
Strictly the necessary data in the context of the order handling (payment, dispatch) will be shared with third party. Personal data of our customers is stored on secure servers to ensure their complete safety.

All content included on this site, such as text, photos, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, etc. are the property of Stafford Ltd. and protected by international copyright laws. In case the photos shown on our website are copied or used in any way without our authorization, this is considered copyright infringement and is against the law.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Hungary. The Courts at Budapest shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement and the Laws of Hungary shall apply.
